my Story
I believe God made each of us with purpose. my prayer is that with everything I bake, you’d taste and see that the Lord is good.
I can’t remember a time when baking something wasn’t on my mind. From my first baking book I received for Christmas from my gramma at the age of 6, I was hooked. When all my friends were getting stereos for Christmas at the age of 12, I got my very first kitchen aid mixer and treasured it well.
As a teenager I struggled with an eating disorder and only by the grace of God got my degree in Baking and Pastry arts from the Culinary Institute of America. I have worked in all the arenas for pastry. From restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, special event dessert displays, gingerbread houses and events, and teaching at the local community college, when I’m baking I feel most alive.
My favorite role even still is being a mom to my 3 favorite people. I love owning a small business that allows me the time to keep them first, next to God, and still create scrumptious, personalized treats for all of you.
